These Terms of Service govern bookings and related services offered by Nova Gloss Detailing LLC ("Nova Gloss," "we," "us"). By requesting or booking a service, or by using this website, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

A booking request asks us to schedule a detail for the service, vehicle, and add-ons you select. We confirm appointments by email. A request is not a confirmed appointment until we accept it. The description of the service on the site is what the visit includes.

Scheduling and cancellation

Appointments are offered in the arrival windows shown when you book. You may cancel or ask to reschedule through the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us. Cancelling or rescheduling at least 24 hours before your arrival window is free. Cancellations inside 24 hours, no-shows, and visits we cannot perform because the vehicle is unavailable or the site is not ready may be billed at 50% of the service price; we will always try to reschedule first. Please tell us as soon as you can so the time can be offered to someone else. We may need to move an appointment when weather, access, or safety makes the scheduled window impractical, and we will offer another time.

Payment

The price is the amount shown for the service, vehicle size, and add-ons you select, plus any travel fee disclosed before you confirm. Payment is due when the service is finished, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods offered at the visit. Gift cards and plan pricing, when you use them, follow the terms shown at the time of purchase.

Customer responsibilities

Please give us a safe place to work, access to the vehicle, and accurate contact, address, and vehicle information. Remove valuables, child seats, and anything you do not want handled, and tell us about known damage or conditions that affect the work. You are responsible for parking rules, access instructions, and being available to unlock the car.

Limitation of liability

We take care with your vehicle and perform the service you booked. To the extent the law allows, Nova Gloss Detailing LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for pre-existing damage, ordinary wear, or items left in the vehicle. Our responsibility for a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service, except where the law does not allow a limit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

SMS Terms

Nova Gloss Detailing LLC offers an optional text-message program for appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates about bookings. These messages relate to a booking you requested. You can book a service without agreeing to receive texts.
