Information we collect

Nova Gloss Detailing collects information you give us when you request a quote, book a detail, or contact us. That includes contact details such as your name, phone number, email address, and service address; vehicle and booking details such as the vehicle, the service, the appointment window, photos you send, and notes about the job; and SMS opt-in, including whether you chose to receive texts and the mobile number used for those messages.

How we use it

We use this information to quote, schedule, and perform your detail, send booking confirmations and reminders you asked for, provide customer support, process payments, and keep business records. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider. We record payment references and status.

AI booking assistant

Ask Nova is our AI booking assistant. Messages you send, recent conversation context and public business information are sent to OpenAI to answer your questions. We request that these API responses are not stored as OpenAI response records. The assistant can check public prices, service-area coverage and available arrival windows. It cannot access private customer records, create or change bookings, or take payments. Please keep payment information and sensitive personal details out of chat.

Your conversation is kept temporarily in this browser tab’s session so you can continue while moving between pages. Use New chat to clear it. We do not save chat transcripts in our customer database. Hashed request counters help us limit abuse. AI answers can be mistaken; the booking form and our team confirm the details.

SMS opt-in

Text messages are optional. If you opt in on a booking or quote form, we use your mobile number and that opt-in record to send messages about your request or service. You can book without opting in. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Service providers

We use providers to host and secure the site, process payments, and deliver emails and texts you requested. They receive only the information needed to provide those services and may process it on our behalf. Access to business records is limited to authorized personnel and those services.

Your choices

Contact contact@novaglossdetailing.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. We retain records needed to fulfill services, resolve disputes, and meet accounting or other recordkeeping obligations.
