- Renewal. A plan runs twelve months from the first visit and renews automatically at the same visit count and the then-current plan rate. We email you two weeks before it renews.
- Cancelling. Text us any time. No fee. Visits already on the calendar stay at the plan rate; unused visits simply don't happen.
- Changing the count. Move up or down any time; the discount follows the new count from the next visit on.
- Scheduling. We book visits with you as we go and aim for even spacing. Reschedules are free with a day's notice.
- Payment. Per visit, after the walk-around, by card, Zelle or cash. Add-ons at regular price.
- Vehicles. One vehicle per plan. Swap the vehicle by text if you get a new car; the size tier may change the price.
